I proudly consider myself one of the few private chefs in St. Louis specializing in private wine tasting events.

In the past five years, I have planned and hosted over 70 multi-course wine tasting dinners in private homes.

CUSTOM DESSERTS

Having trained with the world-renowned chef Antonio Bachour and Karim Bourgi, the executive pastry chef of Hermès and ranked among the top three chefs globally, you can expect desserts that rival those found in the finest bakeries in London, New York, and Paris.

I exclusively use the finest French organic chocolate from Valrhona, premium French flours, and professional-grade organic fruit purées that are favored by Michelin-starred restaurants around the globe.

My desserts contain no artificial flavors and only a minimal amount of added sugar.
