My passion for food and fresh ingredients began in my childhood in Ukraine, where I grew up in a farming family and took on the responsibility of cooking dinners for my family starting at age eight.
Back then, being a chef in Ukraine wasn’t seen as a prestigious career, so my parents wouldn’t have supported my decision to attend culinary school.
Years later, after earning three Master’s degrees and gaining extensive professional experience, my love for cooking and high-quality ingredients remained strong.
Tragically, when my youngest brother died in a plane crash, I realized that life is too short to postpone pursuing my true passions. I decided to invest significantly in my culinary education, training with some of the world’s top Michelin chefs and traveling to New York and Paris to learn in their kitchens.
I view food as an art form that should create a memorable experience, whether it’s a dessert, a savory dish, or a multi-course meal. It’s not just about using the finest ingredients; it’s also about the flavors, the elegant table setting, the presentation, and impeccable service that together create a truly unforgettable occasion.
